Can anyone explain why the refineries are at all time productions lows?

With CEO's obviously being compensated for doing such good jobs - todays gas prices must be a mistake..............

That bothers you?? It's hard work bribing all those Congressmen (& women). All you have to do is say that you are taking your refinery down for "Safety & Maintenance" and Poof! up goes prices!! It's a fun game. Try it.

Environmental groups and Congress have prevented oil companies from building additional refineries. It's no wonder there's a shortage of demand.

No he doesn't - maybe a million a week

No they aren't - that's just dumb, all time? So less than in 1901 when there were like 40-50 cars in the country. Duh!

America still has cheaper gas than any European country.

Buy a scooter like I did. I just used my moms credit card! 80 miles to the gallon on that hog!

no. people will pay the price for gas, that why they set them so high. i proudly ride my 10 speed huffy to work. i have excellent glutes!

because they are spending tons and tons of money and paying money to employees who are lazy.
