Does anyone know of a internet svc. provider that does DSL no matter your location?

Check out Satelite... yeah, it's very expensive, but it might be your only option.

Other than that, see if you can use a cable hookup.

DSL technology is affected by how far (distance) your house is from the phone companies office. If you live a ways out, the service won't be availabe (that is changing though as DSL service is expanding). Another thing is even though DSL works with normal, everyday phone lines, DSL customers and the phone company (Internet Service Providers) need special equipment to go DSL (special modems). The phone company in your area might not yet have the equipment available to do DSL service.

Actually the problem with DSL is the Phone Lines in a short un-technical explain. So, if your phone company can not provide DSL, no one else can.
If, you have Cable it may be one choice.
Also, depending where you live some Satellite TV companies may offer Inet.
Then you have dial-up. This all I know.

You can't have DSL if you're too far away from the telephone company's hub. Simple as that.
