Gabi married Victor. Carlos found Edie's birth control pills and flipped out. Told her he wanted nothing to do with her. Gabi ended up making out with Carlos on her wedding night. (maybe more, we couldn't really tell) Bree returned with her husband and son, pregnant!. Susan and Mike got married in a quiet ceremony with just her daughter present. Lynette's mother came to stay with her to help her with her battle with cancer. She hates her mother and doesn't get along with her.We found out that Bree's daughter is really the one pregnant. Bree is just pretending to be pregnant, wearing a fake belly. Apparently, she plans on raising the kid as it is her own and not telling anyone. At the end, Edie tries to kill herself by hanging herself. There's the cliffhanger. We won't know until next season whether she succeeded.

Well Susan Myers went to the cabin with that guy she met at the hospital, Gabrielle Solice and the lady with 4 children went to a spa. Susan's daughter was working on her science project and her power went out and she went over to Eede's house and found Austin there. At the end a scene is shown that Mike woke up from his coma.

From MSN.com - Life or death?: In a stunning season finale, Edie was horrified when Carlos discovered she was secretly taking birth-control pills while pretending to try and get pregnant. After a confrontation at Gaby's wedding, he told her they were through. In the episode's last scene, we saw Edie leave a note for Carlos, then apparently hang herself in her home. Could she really be dead, a la Mary Alice in season one, or will something happen to save her life?
Baby mama: Bree and Orson are back from Europe, but with a surprise. Bree claims to be pregnant, but of course, it's just a pregnancy pad, as she prepares to pretend that Danielle's baby is her own. Meanwhile, Danielle's locked up somewhere at a nun-run home for unwed mothers, and as you can imagine, she's less than thrilled to be there.
Simple wedding: Mike about ran himself ragged taking on nighttime plumbing jobs to make extra money for Susan's dream wedding. When she realized what it was doing to him, she planned a surprise that, for once, worked out. Mike was surprised on his way to a fake plumbing job and taken to a simple wedding ceremony under the stars, with just Julie and the minister as witnesses. Finally, "Housewives" fans can rejoice: Mike and Susan are married at last.
Fancy wedding: Gabrielle's wedding was a million times more expensive and elaborate than Susan's, but in the end, the bride wasn't happy. Victor's father (Mike Farrell, a.k.a. B.J. from "M*A*S*H") showed up and Gaby wasn't too thrilled that he wants his son to run for governor. She was even less thrilled when she overheard father and son discussing how smart it was for Victor to marry Gaby, hoping she'll bring in the Latino vote in his eventual gubernatorial race. A shocked Gaby is suddenly realizing she may have been used all along.
Toxic mom: Lynette was indeed diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Shortly after, her mother, Stella, showed up, and all was not well at the Scavo home. Turns out Lynette's mom had cancer when Lynette was 13, and her daughter was forced to run the home. She also apparently told her cheating mother that the cancer was a punishment for her infidelity. And now that Kayla has spilled the beans about Lynette's flirtation with Rick, her mother was quick to see how that accusation feels now that the cancer is Lynette's burden to bear.

It is the day of Gabby's wedding to the mayor and the show opens with her freaking out because Bree is late and Bree is bringing her "something new." The other girls are in the dressing room with her trying to calm her down, but she flees to look for her. We see Bree from behind approaching the room, and the girls are shocked when they see her. She holds out the something new for Gabby-- a bracelet Gabby asked her to bring her back from Switzerland. The camera widens, and Bree is pregnant, so I guess there are two something news now.
Flashback to the days before the wedding: Edie and Carlos are having sex, with Edie's dead mother watching and talking to Edie about how he'll leave her and she will end up alone and old. Edie wakes up: it was all a dream.
Lynette is calling family for a loan for her medical bills now that they found the cancer. Her insurance won't cover it, and they have extra expenses now that they have Kayla and will have to hire someone to replace Lynette at the pizzeria. She tells her family not to tell her mother about her predicament but someone doesn't listen as her mother shows up, irrate that Lynette didn't tell her about her situation. Her mother brings the kids baby toys and just doesn't seem to care. Lynette tells Tom she can't stay with them: she was abusive, neglectful, and a drunk. Lynette and Tom argue, and Tom brings up Rick, which her mother overhears because she's eavesdropping outside their bedroom. Lynette doesn't want her mother helping with the kids, but Tom says they can't throw out the woman who gave them $10,000.
Edie and Carlos have sex for real this time, and he has babies on the brain, making Edie lie with her legs in the air for half an hour to increase gravity in the fertilization. She is not amused.
Mike has been working as a 24 hour plumber in order to make extra money for the wedding, and Susan is worried he is not sleeping enough, but he says its fine, and he wants to give her a dream wedding.
Bree and Orson come home sans Danielle, and Julie greets them at the curb asking about her. Bree lies and says Danielle fell in love with a boarding school in Switzerland and is spending the semester abroad, and Julie doesn't quite buy it, because she hasn't received even one call or email from Danielle. Andrew and Bree make excuses, and Bree says that she will talk to Danielle and insure an email in the morning. Oh and Orson made mention that he would love the baby as if it is his own.
The night before the wedding Gabby and the mayor get into a fight because they have dinner with his father and makes mention of running for governor. She doesn't want to go through another campaign and that she already had one husband who cared more about his work than her. He calls her a "stupid woman" and says she won't be running his life or career. She walks out on him, but in the morning his father comes to apologize for him and makes up some crap story about how he is so sorry and blah blah blah. She says if he's so sorry why isn't he here? And he points across the street, where the mayor is getting out of the car. They make up, with the father leering from a limo window.
The paperboy comes to collect when Edie is leaving for the wedding, and Carlos is out of money, so he goes into her purse to pay, finding Edie's birth control. She's been lying to him and not trying to get pregnant. So he goes after her.
The day of the wedding: We're back in the dressing room with the girls who are having a friendly moment. Gabby walks down the aisle, and Edie stands in the back, drinking. Carlos confronts her in the middle of the ceremony, and he says its over. She cries and tells him now to go, she's sorry, but she wanted him to love her first and then they could have a baby. He doesn't believe her and proceeds to get drunk in the room with all the presents.
At the wedding, Lynette doesn't tell her friends about her condition, and Bree is making up some story about how she found out she was pregnant. Mike falls asleep. Gabby overhears the mayor and his father talking about the run for Governor and how marrying a Latina will help at the polls. Gabby storms off and eventually finds Carlos. They, both distraught, make out.
Lynette's mom is watching the kids, and she gets Kayla to tell her about Rick. When Lynette comes home, she confronts her about being just like her. Lynette says that no, she would never have an affair, and she would never leave her kids to go off with some guy. Her mother says no, but she wanted to. Lynette can't answer, and her mother says she's not leaving: she can fight her or the cancer, but she won't have the energy to do both (her mother survived breast cancer, and Lynette took care of her and her siblings when she was only 13).
Bree types a fake email to Julie from Danielle. She also speaks to Danielle on the phone who is miserable, very pregnant, and hates the nuns. Bree says she'll visit soon. Orson comes in and helps Bree remove her pregnancy pad. She is tired, and he mentions she'll have to switch to the 6 month soon, which she's not happy about.
Mike gets a call in the middle of the night for another plumbing job, but it's really Julie disguising her voice. He drives out to the middle of nowhere, and the reverand from Gabby's wedding hands him a suit. Susan and Julie are standing under a huppa (sp?) of flowers and china balls, and she says so much has changed about her dream wedding except the guy standing in front of her, and she just wants to get married now. They do.
Edie, miserable from her breakup with Carlos, hangs herself in her house.
The show will pick back up in the fall with answers to all the questions you probably have about this episode!

Started off with Gaby's wedding; they were getting ready, waiting for Bree to bring her a bracelet as her "something new" and when she walks in, everyone stunned to see her 5 months pregnant. Flashback to 3 days earlier. Bree and Orson packing to go to Gaby's wedding. Bree asks "are you sure about this?" and Orson says "I will raise this child as if it were my own." Susan and Mike planning wedding. He laments about going over the top, and warns her about having a chocolate fountain when she's wearing a white dress, then warns her about having 50 doves flying overhead. We find out that Mike has been doing late-night plumbing calls to make extra money to pay for the wedding. As he tells Susan: "I'm not Ian. I can't fly you off to Paris, etc. etc., but I can give you the same dream wedding he was going to give you."
Gaby meets Victor's dad (played by Mike Farrell of MASH and Providence fame) who mentions Victor's plans to run for governor. Gaby protests; hated campaigning; doesn't want to move out of Fairview. Victor says fine, but later, Gaby comes into their bed wearing slinky lingerie and sees him reading polling data; gets pissed and calls off the wedding. Next morning Victor's dad comes over to Gaby's to try and explain that it's all his fault; puched Victor into politics; Victor had told him off and gave up everything to be with Gaby. Victor arrives with dozen roses and we see them hug and make up from afar.
Edie had a dream (early in episode) where she sees her mother telling her Carlos is going to leave her and she will die alone just like her mother. Carlos tries to help the baby-making process along by putting Edie in funny positions after sex and making sure she doesn't drink alcohol.
Gaby stops by Edie's to ask Carlos "chicken or fish?" because he didn't reply to her invite. He says he's not going. Gaby convinces him to go and agrees to go to the reception but not the ceremony.
Bree arrives home with Orson, and Andrew out on street to greet them. Julie comes over and asks where Danielle is. Bree gives her some story about going to a great boarding school in Switzerland, and Julie says Danielle hasn't returned her phone calls (Andrew says there's bad cell service) or her e-mails (Bree says she'll call Danielle and scold her for not being more responsive). Julie leaves and Bree comments that "this is going to be harder than we thought." Then we see Bree in bed with a laptop responding to Julie's e-mail as Danielle. She asks Andrew if kids still say "awesome" and he says to try "off the hook." Bree says that doesn't make sense. She then calls Danielle, and asks if she would describe her boarding school as "awesome" or "off the hook" and Danielle says she would describe it as sucky, etc. Then Danielle complains about the nuns she is living with, and Bree says they will be up the next weekend. Then we see that Danielle is 5 months pregnant. Bree then gets out of bed, with Orson's help, who then helps her take off a fake pregnancy belly and comments that they are about ready to move to the 6-month belly.
Lynette's mother shows up (after Lynette called her sister for money but was told her sister's husband lost his job and was passing out flyers in a chicken costume to make ends meet.) Mother clearly rude, and a LOT of tension between Lynette and her mom, who she tries to get to leave, but mom's not leaving.
Wedding day: Edie's getting ready to leave, and Carlos is staying to wait out the ceremony and will meet Edie at the reception. Just as Edie's leaving, the paper boy shows up to get paid. Edie asks Carlos to take care of it. She leaves, Carlos goes for his wallet, but no money. Paper boy won't leave, so Carlos fishes in Edie's bag for money, and finds birth control pills. At the wedding, ceremony is going on, we see Edie at the bar drinking and asking for scotch from the bartender. Carlos comes in (still during the ceremony) and confronts her about the pills. They fight, he breaks it off, Edie loses it. We see Gaby at one point looking back over her shoulder when Edie shouts "Carlos!" Edie is a wreck, and is bawling as Carlos runs off. At the reception, Bree comments that she hasn't met Voctor yet, so Gaby goes off to find him. The girls ask Lynette what is happening, and she tells them nothing. Susan finds Mike who has fallen asleep at their table. Gaby is about to walk into the room where Victor and his dad are talking when she stops to eavesdrop. They are talking about how marrying Gaby s the smartest thing he ever did. His dad comments that now that he has the hispanic vote locked up, he is a shoe-in for governor. Victor says "yes, IF I can change her mind." Dad comments that he is the husband now, the rules have changed, and he can tame that spitfire. Victor says that he has never had trouble "managing his assets" before. Gaby is stunned. Gaby runs into Bree and says she's still looking for Victor, and then she goes into the room where the presents are and sees Carlos, depressed and drinking champagne. She sits next to him, as he laments that he was happy before, and doesn't know how he ruined everything. She looks at him and then jumps him, kisses him, and that's all we see.
Lynette's mom gets the story about Rick out of Tom's daughter, and confronts Lynette, who says nothing happened, and she didn't do what her mother did (cheat on her husband). They get in a huge fight, but her mom refuses to leave, and says that Lynette can fight her or the cancer, and says fighting her will be a lot easier.
Susan and Mike are in bed when he gets another late night plumbing call for an emergency, and he leaves. Susan goes to Julie's room and says "good job" (clear that Julie made the call). We see Mike on a dark road in the woods looking for the address, when Gaby's minister stops him, says "you're in the right place' and hands him a suit with a note that says "wear me. Susan." Then Mike walks into the woods where Susan and Julie have created a wedding site, and Mike asks if she's sure, and she says yes, because her perfect wedding only really needs him. They get married.
We see Edie in her house, with candles lit, and a note left for Carlos that says "to my darling carlos" and we see her getting on a chair, the scarf wafts through the air and they cut to a shot of the chair on the ground and Edie's feet dangling in the air. Dead??? Maybe we'll find out next season....
