It was hit by another car right on the drivers side wheel. Steering wheel is not centered and it wears tires out fast.

There could be a lot more damage. Take it to a front end alignment shop or body shop and have it checked out.

That's called "camber" misalignment and the other car's insurance should have paid to have collision repairs made to your vehicle which can turn out to be expensive, especially if you have frame or unibody damage. If you had run the wheel into a curb yourself, then your collision insurance would pay for the repair minus the deductible. I would call my insurance company even if the accident occurred months ago and ask what collision repair shop they recommend because you need to have your overall frame and alignment damage assessed first before replacing any front end components.

Check the ball joints for possible damage. The center bolts (below the engine) may be damaged. If the one side was heavily impacted, take the vehicle to a frame shop & have it thoroughly inspected. There may be more damage than visible.
