How do I remove the cup holder in my 96 Chevy pickup?

It's a stupid question but I just can't figure it out. There's nothing in my Haynes manual about it.

Assuming it's the dash mounted cup holder

1. Extend the cup holder

2. Remove the Philips screw on either side.

3. Slide out cup holder

go to the chevy house and ask the trim tech. he should help u.
