Men and some rope. Please, I am sure that if there is something out there, they would find a better way to let us know than crop circles.

Man made. Hoaxes. Right up there with Loch Ness Monster, Sasquatch, Yeti, New Jersey Devil, Jesus, god, bottled water, psychics, etc.

It's just farmers cutting them into the grass overnight as part of an elaborate joke on us non-farming types.
