I don't see why not, there are a lot of names out there that a out of this world, and Rogelia i I think would be a beautiful middle name for either a boy or a girl. Hey it comes down to do YOU like it? If so, go for it.

Yes. Rogelia can be a name. I would suggest Myparentsaremean for a middle name.

If you really, absolutely must, then do what you have to do and name your baby girl Rogelia. Otherwise, before you do, think it over one hundred and one times. Remember, the child must carry that name for the rest of her life...will it be a burden or source of embarrasment for her as she is growing up? Will she be teased, ridiculed? Will people make nasty comments about it? Life is hard enough without the added burden of a difficult name.
If you must, try to soften it with a really pretty (and easy) middle name.

Absolutely!! It is a very cute girl's name, especially if the Daddy or Grandpa or someone close is named Roger! Could you use the Mom's name for a middle name??

That is definitely an "interesting" name! That is a choice that you and your spouse have to make. You should also consider how easy will that name be for the child to spell and say, Will other children make fun or it, Will their teacher or other people how difficulties saying it if it is written, and so on!

If people can name there kids apple and seven then hell yeah. Rogelia is great.
The hard part will be to find a middle name to go with it!
