I was sitting at my dining room table which faces the garden window. I was just about to look up in that direction when at the same time I heard this thud* sound. It was a poor pigeon That had mistaken the reflection in the window for the sky- it was rather dazed and fluttered around a bit before taking off again- I think it was wondering what had happened there! lol.

I was peacefully laying in bed when all of a sudden my six month old puppies huge paw came flying in slow mo right toward my face. I did move quicker than I like to move that time of the day and escaped permanent injury. Puppy came out of the incident unharmed and then I received many sweet kisses.

I saw a drug deal being made in front of God and everyone at a very busy bus stop 1/2 block from the police station. Some people just have no fear. Everyone waiting on the bus saw it and they made no attempt to be secretive about it...that blew me away!

I set up a composting worm farm about three months ago. {I bought it after attending a free workshop at The Watershed on King Street in Sydney}

Today, I uncovered the lid of my worm farm and lifted the wet newspaper and saw my worms in a tangled mass - They are Breeding!

I am so happy. I love my worms. I also have a composter that my partner made for me which I enjoy very much. However, I love my wee litte worms so much. I feed them kitchen scraps and the rest goes into my 'compost man'

We now take out only one kitchen-sized bag of trash every week. Our composter and worm farm take care of all kitchen scraps and the rest fills our recycle bin to the top every fortnight.

Seeing my worms, happy, well-fed, healthy and breeding made me very happy.

Cheers!

The Maury show. It's on tv right now and the topic is "Shocking Paternity Test Results". I can't believe that people are so low class and ignorant as to go on national tv and behave so insanely!! I feel sorry for the poor kids.

Looking out the window at the marvelous sunrise. Each sunrise I see, is like a special gift and reminder of the beauty that is in every day.

This has been the first time I "caught" someone going thru my Best Answers and giving me "Thumbs Up" (additional points). I wish to say Thank You and your random act of kindness will always be remembered.
