JADE
They sell jewlery in China, have great sales growth, and are opening many new stores.
My reasoning: The number of credit cards in China has more than doubled in the past 5 years. What does credit allow? The purchase of luxury items such as cars and jewlery that are outside of immediate purchase ability but can be paid off over time. Jade's historical performance has been great but it is a quite volotile stock so I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket.

Well China has about 400 - 500 billion dollars in US currency that they are looking to invest in US stocks. They just invested $3 billion of that yesterday in the Blackstone group.
So I think instead of investing in Chinese companies. Follow the news and get a feel for what US company the Chinese government is going to invest in next.

Unless you have extensive experience investing overseas, I would not buy Chinese stocks directly. Why? Because each country has its own accounting standards (or lack thereof), getting required information can be very difficult, and lastly, translation of Chinese to English is a formidable task.
Instead, I would recommend buying a US mutual fund which invests in Chinese stocks and has a history of successfully doing so.
Good luck!!

CTRP
Ctrip International is the largest online travel service provider. I wish I had bought it 3 months ago. Not sure if it is too late. Definitely keeping an eye on it.
