Well, if he stays with his mom and you are paying all the bills and living alone. You should file divorce for abandonment. Also, the credit card he opened in your name, file a police report on so you have a record of it. He may be your husband, but it's still identity theft and you have keep a record of the things he's doing to you. Right now, he has all the power cause you're just waiting to see what he'll do. Beat him to the punch. Make your own decision and move forward. Don't let him decide how you'll live your life.

Start by contacting the credit card company's and put an alert on your social security number. They will send you a report of all the credit card accounts you have open. They will also contact you whenever a credit check is done (someone trying to open an account in your name) on you.
Second stop giving it to him. Sounds like he is using you just to get some and so far you have. Next time he come home at 4 and wants some, just say no and send him home to his mother. Get ready because the next step is the divorce and it could get ugly..

First, get a lawyer. Find out what your rights are & where you stand. In some states, the person who files first has more rights, so protect yourself.
Second, get all the informtion (credit card numbers & balances) for any cards in your name or that you hold jointly. Pay off the debt & close the account(s.) (Don't worry about his cards, they're his to pay for.)
Third, talk to a financial planner about any money you hold together or by yourself. Protect all your assets.
Fourth, take pictures. Of everything. The house, the contents of the house. Your car. Everything. Use one of those cameras that records the date so you can prove the condition of the house, etc. should he decide to retaliate by breaking something.
Heaven knows what he will do. Protect yourself from him and from any retaliation.

If he is accusing you of cheating then he is probably the one cheating on you.Sound's like you would be better off without this guy.Why have you been paying all the bill's for 2yrs..As far as the credit cards go I would cancel them. You may seriously want to consider getting a divorce he sound;s like a complete loser and I bet he is not going to his mom's house it sound's more like he is cheating on you.Dump him and move on find yourself a real man, your husband sound's like an immature boy..

Well first, contact the credit card company and inform them you did not authorize the credit card. Then stop giving him sex! you are not a door mat, so quit being one. And for goodness sake, file for a divorce. You may have more after it is over than you do now.

cancel the credit cards that are in your name and make sure you file identity theft charges for the one that he put in your name wihtout your knowlefdge secoundly you need to get a lawyer and start the divorce. If you are afraid he will be violent then you need to get a restraining order that keeps him out of yor house and away from you. Get a good lawyer and he will start the process for you. good luck

Cancel the credit card in your name, stop giving him "some" at 4am and get a lawyer that he will later have to pay for. If you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
