Ever hear the John Lennon quote:
"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans"
I'm turning 40 tomorrow, so I've been thinking along the same lines. I'm certainly not where I thought I would be when I was 10, and I'm shocked to find myself this old. At the same time, I'm extremely contented with my life, and the choices that I've made. The dreams that we have when we are young are impossible- you can't be a pro-athlete, a world-famous actor, and successful businessman and a good parent and spouse- there just isn't enough time (and I know I didn't have the talent for most of those).
But if you can figure out what IS the most important thing for you, and you manage to keep that as your priority, then I think you've done pretty well for yourself.

The older I get, the faster time flies. There never seems enough time to do anything. I can't believe how quickly this year is going by, let alone 30 since Star Wars (I was a kid then, but still.)
I wish life was a little simpler so I could stop & enjoy it for a while. But work, and bills, are calling.

My mum took me to see Star Wars while I was in utero. I guess that means the big 3-0 is coming up for me eeek!! I'm doing stuff with my life but it has just recently hit home that I actually have to make some solid goals and follow through with them. I don't know where the past 10 years went. Crazy.

Time really move so fast when you are trying to accomplish something. Often times we fell short of deadlines, nevertheless, time urge us to do things fast lest we are over ran by events. Yes I did accomplish what I hoped for in life though not on schedule that I set for.

Once you hit 21 years of age.....it goes REALLY fast!! Time flies by. It moved way too fast for me.....as far as accomplishing what I had hoped in life!!! Are you kidding??? Kudos to anyone who has. What I wouldn't do to go back to 18 years of age and know what I know now.

Time seems to pass by so swiftly like a stream that passed in a given point that will never return. I feel sad that Fate did not give me so much time to accomplish the things I have dreamed in my life

Days turn into weeks.. and weeks into Months ...and wow...
it is Christmas again..
Yes, I find time moves too fast some days.... yet on a few 'off' days it passes very slowly...
ESPECIALLY IF I HAVE TO WAIT IN FOR SOMEONE!!!
But, the majority of my life to now, has been one blurred rush!!!!
One day I might find the time to do the mountain of ironing...
Only then will I have accomplished everything in my life!!!! ....................LOL

Cherish every moment or you'll regret it. There is no time for whining and complaining about situation you're in. Make the best of every situation cause it can never be better than what it is. Where you are right now is where you wanted to be. We can set goals but the time in which we can achieve those goals we dont have control over.

I have no idea where time goes. I think Father time just shoves it into a big bag and laughs at all of us while we age in pain, not remembering. Yes, I personally wish I could acomplish more things. But that's why my purpose is to beat Father Time.
