Yes there are. Circumcision is often just said that it's needed since it bring a lot of cash into a doctor's wallet. There's a reason why circumcision is becoming a whole lot less popular.
First, try sliding it back the most you can when you shower, without forcing it. Then rub the head little by little, more each day. Do that for a few weeks.
If that doesn't help, you can get a cream that works in over 90% of cases. It's called 0.05 betamethasone or betamethasone dipropionate.

Here in the USA you can get it for like $12 online.

Circumcision should be left as a last resort. Studies have found that it reduces sensitivity and pleasure (since the head always rubs against everything) and makes masturbation more difficult (since the lubricated foreskin wouldn't be able to rub the head with if it's gone). Oddly enough, that's how circumcision became popular in the 1800s in the USA, but it's now falling out of favor. The USA remains the only advanced nation still doing it, but in some states it's as low as 14% nowadays.

You realise that you don't h a v e to loosen it? You can have intercourse as long as you have plenty of lubrication, either natural or aritificial (and until you're in a committed relationship you ought to be using a condom, when it doesn't matter where your foreskin is). You're masturbating happily enough. You can clean it when it's not erect. But if you really want it to go right back when it's erect, just keep on pulling it in that direction, not enough to hurt, and holding it there for a few minutes every day. The pages below may help.

hi! I don't know why people who have not much idea gives the option which is not really relevant -some people have suggested you circumcision!!!!!!
well first of all try yourself.I also had similar problem. u can buy from medical shops -tube of xylocaine. now apply this properly all over after pulling back foreskin as far it can be applied. apply liberally. now pull back foreskin as far as possible. do this without applying too much pressure. you may have to do this for few days. if you don't find result than you need to go to surgeon. also if u are not comfortable doing this then see the surgeon.
you don't have to circumcise yourself. people don't understand the issues involving circumcison. noramlly such small surgeries should have been done in childhood only.

It never ceases to amaze me how many times I have seen guys with mutilated penises recommend the same to people they don't know. Guess they want everyone to loose a huge piece skin loaded with nerve endings that make sex better, just like they did.
Try the stretching exercises like others have suggested and stay away from any doctor that suggests you get a circumcision. God put that skin there for a reason, who are you to question him? The only advantage to circumcision is to help a doctor buy a bigger house.

This may happen initially but i dont think it is a serious issue. You cannot pull the skin back compeltely behind the head of penis. ( head of penis is known as "glans". The skin can be pulled back so as to expose the top part of penis.
If you still have any problems please visit an androlgist for details.

I think no medicine is useful here. You have to go for circumcision which is very safe.It cuts some of the foreskin from the penis.
