Most forms of iron would combine with the
oxygen and red blood cells in our bodies thus depriving us of oxygen
Oral introduction overcomes this problem as our livers process iron in our stomach

Its just much easier to put the iron our bodies can use in a pill form.

it's a very thick liquid & it would be a very thick needle which would really really hurt
