This will clear your virtual memory at shutdown so that when you reboot it will start afresh.

However if you got the message that you were low on virtual memory and should delete some files you should do exactly that. Delete files that you don't need. Virtual memory is a single file on the hard drive that expands the amount of memory available. By deleting files you are making more space so that virtual memory can expand. Alternatively closing down applications should solve the problem.

Reboot the PC. Virtual Memory is wiped each time you boot the PC.

If you're doing something that creates a lot of temp files, use Ccleaner, run the Cleaner.

Run the Issues tool every time you uninstall software as well.

internet explorer > internet options > delete files removes some
at the worst reboot
