First, we have to ask whether this happened suddenly or it has been like that for so long. Are both the same sizes? If both are the same sizes and this is not a sudden change, there's not much worry about it. You could best consult a doctor if you're still worried.

The likelihood is that you have a hydrocele, which is a fluid buildup within the scrotum. A number of treatments are available for the generally not dangerous, but quite disconcerting condition. Google "hydrocele" for more information. A visit to the emergency room will confirm whether or not you have a hydrocele, or your regular physician should be able to quickly determine the diagnosis.

Sounds like they've been bruised or that you have a viral infection, like mumps. Best to get yourself to a doctor for a check up and a prescription strength anti-inflammatory drug. It's probably something that will correct itself, but better safe (and informed) than sorry.

If they were that big, son, you wouldn't be able to walk or sit. If they appear to have grown large over a couple of days or weeks, it is imperative that you see a doctor. If you don't, you'll lose them.

Size does not matter. Consult an andrologist, he would be able tell you precisely.
Testis produce sperm in an individual. They may be of any size.... dont worry.
