That depends on a couple things. If you were tightly circumcised so when erect there's little/no skin movement, then using lube is probably a good idea as it'll prevent chaffing and rubbing the area raw. Otherwise, it might be uncomfortable and won't feel as good.
If you're loosely circumcised so you can move the skin a little/a lot even when erect, then you could probably go without lube as it's more comfortable. Also, if you're uncircumcised you probably won't need lube at all, as the foreskin makes it even easier. But a lot of guys, circumcised or uncircumcised, use lube because it feels better; so it's largely a personal preference.

The only cases that I've heard that it's recommended to use a lubricant (and some need it) is if you're tightly circumcised and don't have enough loose skin to do it dry, so the head rubbing can cause friction, so a lubricant reduces friction by allowing the hand to slide over the head like a foreskin would.
Other than that, using a lubricant is a personal preference. Personally I don't like it. =P

It really depends on what your preference is. If you feel more comfortable using lube, go for it. If you prefer it raw, do without the lube then
