tighten the waste gate so it opens with more pressure? remove any air intake or exhaust restrictions. remove and block off your EGR valve.

The turbo should have a pressure relief valve that controls how much boost the turbo will have ---you could swap out that valve for one with a higher release pressure one. Check with performance shops on your model car and find out what manufacturer the turbo is from...may be some info on the net as well.
