How do I increase boost on a turbo its self, with no electronics?

Manually adjusting boost, on a turbo charged engine.

tighten the waste gate so it opens with more pressure? remove any air intake or exhaust restrictions. remove and block off your EGR valve.

The turbo should have a pressure relief valve that controls how much boost the turbo will have ---you could swap out that valve for one with a higher release pressure one. Check with performance shops on your model car and find out what manufacturer the turbo is from...may be some info on the net as well.
