Just as Bush intended, Hillary says "I believe that every child should be taught by a qualified teacher and that schools should be accountable to the parents of the children they serve."

Hillary cries like a baby as she says that New York was ripped off by getting .01% less than it was promised.

Give me a freaking break.

And the dems say republicans use scare tactics, she says how many kids will not be able to attend school? lmao Please when have kids in this country ever been able to get out of going to school? She makes it sound like they will be just sitting at home twiddling their thumbs the rest of their life, she should be happy if they don't receive an education then they would be dependent on the democratic parties' entitlement programs and they would get their votes for life. This is a prime example of democratic scare tactics! We need a question on this subject what are more examples of their scare tactics.

Umm the original act also included FUNDING IT. That hasn't happened and has led to several lawsuits by states - don't know their status though.

Now do you understand how it is possible to support something - a funded education bill - then oppose it - when the rules are not followed as specified in the bill????
