I can either drop victorino, pence, cust and put kendrick as utility, or drop kelly johnson and put kendrick as 2b.

Drop Johnson. Victorino steals too many bases to just drop. He has a shot at 40+ steals this season. Keep him. I think Johnson is a decent option at 2nd base but he is decent at best so he is who I would drop. Pence has started to heat up and I am starting to buy into the hype he had before being called up. He is hitting .364 with 4 HR's. I think he is going to be good.
Cust is pounding the cover off of the ball and has forced himself into the lineup. He should be good for 20-25 HR's. He won't keep up this pace, but he is still a good player to have on the bench.
I would drop Johnson, but if you feel you need another second baseman then drop Cust because his playing time will drop some when Piazza, Dan Johnson, and Nick swisher are all back in the lineup. Hope this helps.

I'd be inclined to drop Cust as well. His long term value is minimal. Trade him if you can, but Cust is like Adam Dunn lite. He strikes out way too much to provide a decent average, and like dunn he tends to be pretty streaky.
Victorino has too much value in his steals, Kelly Johnson is a solid option at 2B, and Pence is better overall compared to Cust.

Kendrick for Pence. Victorino will give you speed and Kelly Johnson will continue his big year.

Drop Cust. Cust topped out in week 6. He's good, but not that good.
