My gf and I just had a talk about lingerie where I told her I had fantasies about her and she tells me she had been thinking about getting some to wear for me. She isnt one to shop for that kind of stuff and I was hoping for some help from both guys and girls on if its ok to go to one of those stores, and on top of that what do I look for?

Yes, it's okay for men to go to any of those places. You could also go to their websites and check out what they have or order their catalogues. As much as I appreciate my boyfriend's effort to purchase something sexy for me, I do have my own taste and I can be a little picky so I don't normally like to go to the actual store. I would rather he pick out several things (online) that he thinks would look great on me and I can check them out later and come close to what he wants and pick out something I would feel comfortable wearing.

Sure, my hubby goes with all the time.. look for what you like.
One sales lady was being sarcastic and recommended an outfit with handcuffs. Hubby told her we already had some.
The only no-no is having sex in the dressing room.
