First off you want to decide the dimensions and how long you want it to last. Also do you want to put it on a concrete slab, or have problems with termites. Then you need to look into city or state regulations depending on where you live or want to put it up. Once this is all decided take it from there.Make sure you have enough cash for what you decide what you want.

First, What are your max dimension requirements, local code specs., and your exact uses for the building ? [wood working, welding, or storage ?]
Also, how fat is your wallet ?
Without more info, NO one can give you an exact answer that you will be happy with.
Make a list, with ALL the above, then restate your question.

Without knowing at all where you are, or your thoughts with no details, one can hardly offer any wrong answers here.

We have no idea of the accessibility of materials for you, your skill level, budget, reason for the building, Time frame you can deal with, local laws or building codes in your area, etc.

Had you offered some of those details in your "question" it would be easier to advise.

There is a company in Texas that manufactures, and delivers, steel buildings for $11.50 per sq. ft.. to anywhere in the USA, plus they go through the process of making sure it's viable in your local geography and municipality.

So then some of those details you left out are important in an ability to answer. IE:
How much can you spend?
How soon do you need the building?
Have you a materials preference?
Are there any restrictions in place, where the building will be located?
Have you the ability to Build? OR at least secure Subs who will?

If you feel you can build this structure, you can save a lot of money. If not, buy one.
