The first animal you mentioned is a porcupine pufferfish - what you give is its scientific name. This is a fish, so it's a vertebrate (has a backbone), unlike a sea urchin which is an invertebrate. There are lots of different types of urchins, but all have some sort of spines, so they resemble pincushons!

The Pterois volitan is the Volitan lionfish, also a fish. These have venomous spines in their dorsal and pectoral fins.

Porgy is a name generally given to fish in the family Sparidae, but they also go by the names saltwater bream, squirrelfish, and sheepshead depending on the exact species.

I'm not certain what fish you're calling a spot fish, but there's a saltwater baitfish that's called that.
