I would have to say Wendy's. Wendy's now gives you the option to choose fries or a salad with your meal. I think this is a healthy way to enjoy fast food. I am not to crazy about Burger King. However they do have some healthy items on the menu, but Wendy's has more of a selection.

Well it's hard to say b/c there are certain things at each place that are better and some are not as good. But all in all I would go to Wendy's then go get some french fries at Burger King.

Burger King sends out coupons, Wendy's never does. I prefer Burger King-all the owners of Wendy's had heart attacks!

Well, its pretty obvious alot of the good answers are already taken.. But I'd say, for burgers and fries/other side item, if you like to 'order by number' (nothing special added or deleted on your order) then Wendy's is usually freshest and best.

If you have special orders, or, depending on the time of day, well, it could go either way.. I've noticed Wendy's is freshest and best right around the noon-lunch-rush. Outside of the lunch hour, Wendy's can be either very old/stale food or a mixed bag.

But, since Wendy's (in my experience) isn't always the freshest with chicken (outside rush-hours) then BK is the better choice since they usually have larger chicken fillets on their sandwich, (which you can get spicy or plain/mild) gets special orders right more of the time, etc.
