men release a cocktail of brain chemicals --norepinephrine, serotonin, oxytocin,vasopressin,nitrric oxide & the hormone prolactin.
The release of prolactin is linked to the feeling of sexual satisfaction.Prolactin levels are normally highduring sleep.
Oxytocin& vasopressin are also associated withsleep. their releseaccompanies that of melatonin, the primary hormone that regulates our body clock.
oxytocin is also known to reduce stress levels which again could leadto relaxation & sleepiness.

Nope this is NOT a myth!
After climaxing chemicals are released in both men and women however the chemicals that are released for men is a relaxant that puts most of us in a coma ^_^
For women the chemical released is a stimulant that make women just wanna talk... and talk... and talk...
