We come across various types of Granite stones (which are used in our homes and other construction sites) from various locations. Since the demand and consumption is increasing all the time, will there be a time when the sources will stop? Or how long will the supplies last?

Well, granite is an intrusive igneous rock. As long as volcanic activity in the crust continues, granite will continue to be formed. Its not the fastest process but granite will continue to form. And usually, granite plutons that are mined for stone are enormous.
