You are going to find that a lot has changed since 2004. The Wynn and Red Rock Casino are new and they demolished a few of the older hotels like the Boardwalk. The City Place is going up behind the Monte Carlo and is going to be HUGE when it's done, the Trump Towers are going up next to TI and they are adding new towers at the Wynn and Venetian. I am sure there is more that I am forgetting, but the point is that Vegas would be awesome if you went every other week, let alone every 3 or 4 years.
I was married in the Summer of 2004 and we go back every summer to celebrate our anniversary. We are always just as excited to get off of the plane as we were the first year.
Have a great vacation!!

It was better the last time I was there in 2006 because I know just where to go and what to see. The first time I just felt my way around and really didn't know nothing. Also Vegas is a different Vegas then it was in 1999.

I live and work in Vegas so it's just another day for me. I don't understand why people come here anyways, they get drunk, then they spend all there money on the slots, then they go get something to eat, and then they drink some more, and by the end of the night they are throwing up all over the place and they don't remember anything when they wake up in the morning. Sounds like fun, sign me up, i don't think so.

I was just recently in Vegas for Cinco De Mayo. It was only my second time. It was just as good as the first time, if not better. There is always something to do. Now you might not go walking to see the casinos as you probably did the first time, but if you have not gone to anyshows do so, go see downtown vegas, the freemont street experience is fun to see at night and it is free.

It's still going to rock. The place is continually evolving and changing - I lived there for a few years and moved out to the east side in the summer of '05 and even in that year before I was leaving they were making so many changes. You're going to have a lot of fun. They're transistioning the strip to be more non-family in some spots, so if you like risque shows, eat your heart out!
Have fun!

I can't really answer that, but I'll be going to Vegas to complete my senior year when school starts back up. I'll be leaving mid June or so. I'm excited. So curious to ask: is Vegas all that? How is it really? Take care. Hope you have a nice trip and enjoy yourself.
