more than one week...
I can't really count that was long ago.
That was after I got kicked-out of the University of the Philippines, and losing my scholarship.

Woah...are you not feeling depressed? Get out and get some fresh air into you! I think the longest I've ever managed is a few hours - I live with my family so no chance of being at home without seeing anyone

OK dude time to turn off the computer and get out for some fresh air. We will still be here when you get back, go get some sun and talk with some people. It will do you good four days is like a jail sentence.

I'm a mother - lucky if I get 1/2 hour by myself outside school hours.

when i was depressed i stayed in for about 2 weeks.I realised that i needed to get out and get help it was hard but i done it

I think two days was my max. I went stir crazy and I had to talk to somebody else. I was sick or something if I recall...

an hour im a chatty person it drives me nuts when my mouth isnt moving i chat in my sleep to :(
