With out team work there is chaos. Everyone doing something different to try to accomplish the same thing.

I do, but sometimes to be honest, when some companies want to put it to work they make mistakes such us implementing non sense policies such us going out with ur coworkers every friday night and erasing this way, the individual space and healthy privacy of our lifes... everybody needs some time by their own...
