Now that race is disappearing, english a universal language, distances no longer an issue, and religiousness on decline, do you think there's a possibility all countries might merge into only one country someday?

I hope not. The differences between nations are what gives each nation its strengths and weaknesses. I can't imagine what it would be like if everyone was alike, bad grammar, hungry, oppressed. Trade would disappear, as would standard of living. There would be nothing to strive for. All in all, the disadvantages for all, would outweigh the advantages for a select few.

If in case You and others DID NOT Know your idea of Utopia will be Voted on this morning May 21, 2007 beginning at 9am to Make Null and Void the United States Constitution and be replaced by Socialist/Communism in the form of Amnesty and the Unification of the US, Canada and Mexico. We will have peace before we have a one nation world, too many have to give up too much.
That is what starts and fuels all wars, lust for something one does not possess, that and the need to impose your will on another.
Will have to change the very nature in man for this to happen.

People are commingling through intermarriage, employment in other countries and business ventures. Thus, there is no country that has a distinct race. The future will be a society with mixed people and there could only one government.

Yes, I think that Norway will eventually conquer and unite the entire world as Norway, and we all will have to learn to speak Norse.
