True autism there is really no cure. Some cases are very mild and easy to regulate through behavior modification... Others are so bad that it's difficult to manage and the person will always be severely challenged their entire life.

autism can never be cured ... treatment is done via therapy .... I have found i have had to change my parenting techniques to help in mimizalising the negative effects and so far so good.Autism is not one singular case and the spectrum is huge .My son attends a theraptic school and he is coping well with the special techniques

I think with a lot of love and care, and patience ,and Constancy of the Teaching that person everything that they need to know, because they are coming up with everything now days like if a person or child does crazy things they are autistic, but autistic have a special talent and because we don't understand them we give them a label or Autism.
