I read somewhere that guys can usually only think of one thing at a time. So, if they are thinking about nuclear physics, or even just the baseball game, they won't be thinking of sex.
(-: However, it is my experience that they are very easily distracted. I hope more guys answer this question -- I'd like to know, too!
