Honda actually has factory remanufactured steering racks for the same price as those available from independent rebuilders or parts stores and they come with a 3 year/36,000 warranty from Honda.

Otherwise, almost all of the other steering racks come from TRW, either new or rebuilt and the price will be pretty much the same anywhere you shop. Check with any local parts store or just search on-line. There are always junk yards as an option but I'd stay away from them on parts lick the steering gear because of potential safety issues.
