You could try bleach, or spray the stain with a stain remover prior to washing it. I also heard that adding vinegar to the wash might help. My husband keeps on staining his shirts (deodorant stains) and it is a pain to get out. Good luck!

Use any of those stain removers with detergent when you wash your shirts. Stains are more from the deos that you use more than actually from sweat. So try spraying your deos on your underwear instead of direct on your armpits so that you stain less.

Change your deodorant. Stick deodorants tend to leave that yellowish stain in the armpits of shirts, and they accumulate (thicken) and harden by the passing of time. Try using a liquid deodorant instead. Liquid deodorants don't leave that residue on shirts.
