cube root of 8 is 2, since it is -4/3 put it over one
1/(cube root(8)^4)
1/2^4 = 1/16

1(1/(cube root(27))^4 )
1/(1/3^4 )= 81

8 ^ -4/3 = 1/cubert(8^4)

Since 2^3 = 8, then 1/(2^4) = 1/16

(1 / 27) ^ -4/3 = cubert(27^4) = 3^4 = 81

8^(-4/3) = (2^3)^(-4/3) = 2^(-4) = 1/16

(1/27)^(-4/3) = 27^(4/3) = (3^3)^(4/3) = 3^4 = 81

8 ^ -4/3 =
= (2^3)^(-4/3)
= 2^[(3)(-4/3)]
= 2^-4
= 1/16

(1 / 27) ^ -4/3 =
= (1/3^3)^ (-4/3)
= (3^-3) ^ (-4/3)
= 3^[(-3)(-4/3)]
= 3^4
=81
