My girlfriend is not a nataive english speaker and i'm looking for some movies (especially comedies) we can watch that have easier humor. Things that are visual or easy instead of subtle, sarcastic, or intellectual (movies like fargo, trainspotting, .

Slapstick can be good, kids movies too (shrek, monsters inc.) as long as they're not to dumb, non-comedies are good too (princess bride is a favorite) - any ideas?

Disney's "The Rookie" is pretty good, and a true story. Another true story that is nice is "Catch Me If You Can" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks. If you have lots of time on your hands find the HBO mini series "From The Earth To The Moon". Very good. Lots of talking but the points are made clear easily though.
Good luck, and have fun.
