Absolutely not.The Socialist party is alive and well in England !

No, there are various Socialist groups in England.

There is the Socialist Party of England and Wales, the Socialist Workers' Party, the Socialist Labour Party, the Alliance for Green Socialism and the Campaign for a New Workers' Party.

There is also various Communist groups as well.

All these organisations are perfectly legal, although they don't have very much support amongst the general public.

No it is not there is already Socialist parties in England i used to be a member of the Socialist Workers Party until i saw the light. I'm now a patriotic Conservative waiting for the counter revolution.

No, but I think you'll find that the market for left wing groups is already pretty full. You best bet is to join a small Trotskyist Group and wait for the inevitable split.
