the reason why is happen because. james yap game change a lot.. maybe hes a gunner but what exactly the point is coach chot reyes what a player who can have a consistensy in his game can played under a minimal supervision and beside the fact that james changed his game due to his personal problems also... well just visit pba.ph you can see his team standings.. well not for RP team

James Yap is sort of a tweener, sure he can shoot and slash. But he's not as a great shooter like Ren Ren Ritualo (with a quick release) or an aggressive slasher like Mark Caguioa. Plus the fact the RP Team is already loaded with Guards.
Based on their last International Camapign they need more big bodies that fit into Chot Reyes' system like a Joachim Thoss.
There's no denying James Yap talent and he may be part of the team in the next competition but he kinda lucked out this time

Hey!!!!!We should not be talking about that James Yap and the PBA...The PBA is too boring too watch and i didn't even watch a single game for about 2 years now...As if the Filipino players can beat Japan and South Korea what else if they face China...PBA sucks...We Should be talking about the NBA not the PBA and JAmes YUCK!!!!

My guess is that he got busy campaigning for his brother-in-law and wants to be beside his pregnant then wife and now a new baby boy.
