Most couriers will not accept laptops. Try Blue Dart / DTDC / Professional for domestic. Try DHL / FedEx / TNT for international.
Cost would depend on which city to which city and weight of the cargo. Typically from a large city to another large city it should cost about INR 300 - 400 per kilogram and add insurance charges to that.

If you want to make sure that your laptop/computer reaches its destination just as it was when packed, try Blue Dart / Fed Ex.
If you prefer the other services, you will repent later.
