I am trying to get back my TC badge and you think that is wastage of time (lol).
Seriously, I do agree that we do 'waste' time here (if you mean internet surfing) but who knows we may stumble on some real good information that may change our life or touch the life of people we are interacting.
If you mean wasting time with Cricket mania then I tend to agree with the negative connotation your question has posed. We in this subcontinent indeed are wasting a lot of time and money by indulging in 5-days long Test Cricket matches. This thing has become so unpredictable that we can compare it with 50% efforts and 50% on circumstances (read weather).
Why not start with the campaigning to eliminate lengthy Test series and get ODIs and 20-20 format popularize?
