i can't play a rom when it's in .RAR and .SAV?

a .RAR file is a compressed file, you have to de-compress the file first.

a .SAV file is a save file from the game, you need the game file to play the game.

De-rar it(right-click>extract here...) or load it directly in the emulator if it supports the rar.BUT the .sav files are saved games from the in-game progress.:-)

if you want to open a rar file, try downloading win rar(Google search) and right click the file and select extract here.
