Fish Battle Part 1?

Question

If one of each kind of this fish were put together, give your prediction on who would be the survivor of the tank.In order of first to go down then to survivor.Remember, I'm not into this violence, just a fantasy in fish test of strength.

They are:Tiger Barb, Fire mouth, Red Devil, Betta fish and electric eel

Of course the electirc eel would be the last fish standing,because the electric eel can even kill a cow with it's electricity.

first to die is the betta fish,it wouldn't stand a chance even against the tiger barb,the tiger barb will nip it's fin,therefore maiking it harder for him him to escape

the firemouth would be next,because the red devil will kill it,and wouldn't mind the tiger barb,because it's too small to challenge him,and really swims fast.unlike the firemouth,that's more sizeable,and a bit slower

then after the red devil kills the firemouth it would go and hunt for food,by this time the carcass of the firemouth is completely eaten up(if ever you don;t remove it).,so he will go for the tiger barb.

then after that the eel might starve and eat the red devil

The fire mouth and Red Devil are agressive fish, the tiger barb is simi agressive. I would stick with one or the other, and keep them the same size.

For agressive fish...
best practice is to keep south american chiclids and african chiclids separte. There are exceptions to the rule. get them about the same size, and provide lots of hiding places to hide if one starts picking on them. they tend to be very teritorial, africans more so then the south americans.

For Simi Agressive....
Barbs, goramies etc...
get them in groups of 3 or more, it will limit one fish from picking on each other and allow them to pick on each other equally. This will also give them the school mentality.

Comunity fish...
Tetras, Mollys, Guppys...
Tetras like to school so get 3 or more
Mollys and guppys love to mate, so I would stick with all females if you dont want any babys, and 1 male for 3 or more females. Males tend to be a little nippy if there are not enough women around... go figure =P

electric eel dies shortly after from lack of food


actually, if you had a tank big enough, with some rocks and crevaces and such for them to swim through and hide in, the beta might not die first, due to his diminutive stature, he may be able to hide and survive at least for a couple rounds

electric eel would diffinitely win because they were my favourite fish in primary school
