I simply can't say, they both have way different sounds and i can't compare the two. But I can say that I like Shakira as a person better. Beyonce seems really stuck up, in my opinion.

Shakira is. she has an IQ of 140, speaks 5 languages (Spanish, Arabic, English, Portugese, and Itallian,) has a great stage presents, a body 2 die 4, an amazing voice, and she is a VERY accomplished bellydancer. Beyonce? She has a GREAT voice, but shakira taught her how 2 bellydance, so there really isnt any competition there.

musically, physically or personality wise?
musically: I'd say they both bring something unique to the table.
physically: I'd say Beyonce wins that one, Shakira is in grape shape but its her movement that makes her appealing not so much her body.
personality: I'd say theyre both positive women and have proven themselves to be genuine. I would like to add though that Shakira is a much more activ philanthropist(charity worker) than Beyonce and that makes her a bit more down to earth.

shakira is ugly and a terrible singer. beyonce is better. way better. although im not a big fan of hers either, she's still way better than shakira

i think Shakira is a better person overall...not as worried about fashion and materialstic things like Beyonce
