Being T-ball the kids are all about having fun. Let them know how proud you were that they came out and improved and had a blast. I remember when i was playing, i thought baseball was the coolest thing and my coach told us
"Its not whether you won or lost, its how much you love the game. If you love the game then I did my job as a coach. Baseball is meant so you will love the game through the best and worst times. Eventually, if you love the game enough, it will love you too and you will become a true baseball player."
I took it to heart and went on to become a 3A all conference 1st teamer my jr and sr in high school.

well, I`d thank them all for trying out. If they play other teams which i`m sure they do, If they had a winning record,Make sure you tell them that your proud of them. If they had a losing record, You tell them that your proud of them that they tried hard and winning isn`t everything. The most important point is trying your best win or lose.

Though none of you knew how to catch,
Though none of you knew how to hit,
Though none of you knew how to throw,
This team was a big pile of love.
From your coach, (insert your name)
Or
Teeball is my favorite sport,
All of you are cool,
Lets forget we lost each game,
And hit the swimming pool!!!!!
