I think you should stop sleeping with him until he grows up. If you KNOW he is sleeping with someone else, that's just all wrong.
You deserve more respect than he is giving you (both of you). If he is sleeping with TWO women, he's got the best of both worlds. Hmm, he's having his cake and eating it too! Gosh, talk about inflating his ego!
As far as calling her, that has to be a personal decision. You need to do what you feel is right. Be prepared for possible jealous backlash...

Why are you worried about your ex's other girl? I'm sorry but I don't even understand why you are allowing yourself to be disrespected and used. Do you think your ex even cares?! He is getting a free meal out of you and the other girl and who knows what others, but he is only doing because you are allowing him to. I have a friend in the same situation as you and she has a child with her ex husband when they were separated because he was cheating and thought that by sleeping with him he would go back to her and leave the other girl...well let me tell you when he was done with my friend he left her anyway. Her having his child didn't stop him from going on with his "single life" and many more women. I knew she was making a mistake but she did it to herself and had to learn the hard way. When a guy experiments with single life they are not going to be stop and be faithful all of the sudden. If it didn't work the first time its not going to work now. You're just going to get hurt...trust me! If you care about him that much ask him to make a choice now, and if he leaves you then tell the other girl. In order for you to be loved and respected you need to love yourself first.

Call and tell her, you want some rent money from her, since she's not doing any of the housework. And tell him that too as he heads out the door, that he needs to pickup some rent money from her while he's there.

if u are sure he has another girl you should tell ur ex u know that because it's not fault of this girl the one who is cheating is ur ex sometimes it's better alone that with wrong companies
