I'm very sure The Mind is tougher than The Heart
Mainly because you feel with your heart so if you always follow what you feel, depending on what you're feeling, you could end up in trouble
Your mind is always gonna tell you the logical way to go even when you feel like following your heart in a different direction

Neither my mind or my heart are tough sometimes. But if i had to choose, probably my mind would be tougher than my heart cause my heart is too easily broken!

Your mind, because it can control how you feel and what you feel. If you think your sick, most likeyly your body will show some signs of getting a cold etc.
It can also control how nervous and anxious you are
