Depends on why I made it. To deliberately make a wrong turn is not automatically a wrong act, just as lying to save a life (e.g. telling a Nazi that you're not hiding Jews in your home when you are) isn't a wrong act.

If I made the wrong turn out of spite, or anger, or for selfish purposes that in some way harmed others, then that would be wrong.

I would be wrong if i deliberately made the wrong turn - but i would still think that i was right. If i accidentally made the wrong turn, then i would be right - but i would still think that i was wrong.

The path can seem narrow and treacherous, Sometimes we learn more by stepping off the path as we do staying on it. We don't need to reinvent the wheel, some paths are known to be dangerous and foolish. Sometimes we can travel at least part of the way with another

absolutely, right and wrong is perception based on conditioning from birth. If your intention is to turn on the wrong street then you are not 'wrong' because the effect was desired, as opposed to making an actual wrong turn which is unintended.

Its called "Free will" and all choices made are the right ones for you. Right or Wrong the lesson will be taught to you, and its only right if you learn from it.
