I think ist a little of both:

Mind: You think about the thing that making you upset
Heart: You feel heart-broken and empty
Eyes: Thats where tears come from (also becasue of allergies)

The eyes but the heart and mind can be the reason behind the tears.

Hi Eric, Tears come from love, pain, hate, joy, birth and death. These are the emotions tears come from, and the heart too. They roll out and down your eyes like a stream. That is what tears are really.
LOL LOL.

Hm...good question. I agree with uglygurl (though I don't think she's ugly). Actually, tears technically come from the eyes, but what causes them are the heart and the mind.

Combination of the three. I guess.

If your sad, your mind feels bad and your heart feels the pain and delivers some "emotion impulses" to your tear glands which are found near the eyes, thus making tears.

Tears come from the eyes, feelings come from the heart, and emotions come from the mind.

it comes from the eye but can be produced by sadness or hapiness of the heart.. but your mind causes your heart to feel that way because that is the main center of your body functions..
