i get a cheque form u.k. but they still demanding payment for release this cheque, what is the right way from your side to get this cheque without payment

What a strange question, have'nt you heard of Western Union. Gosh and why do need to pay to recieve a courier package or postal package. I've never heard of such a thing, unless your sender has asked the postal service to collect from you on delivery. Use Western Union Money Transfer instead of cheque. It will take months to clear.

Sounds like you got an email saying you'd won some kind of lottery, and think it's real. Sorry, it isn't, it's a scam - the "courier fee" is the scam - send it to them, and you'll never hear from them again.
