Also, there can be programs that a user can install on your computer to track what you're looking at online or even each keystroke on the keyboard that you happen to press. Also, hackers can get into your computer and view what you're doing online in real time.

Yes. There are many programs that can track ALL your computer usage. Programs like 'Black Box' will even take screen shots of every window you open and it will save it on your computer. So the person who installed this tracking software can come back later and see what you have been doing. Some programs will even automatically email your activities to a set email address at set times.

On a Mac, shift/administration/3 takes a photograph of the demonstrate screen. in case you press shift/administration/4, you may click and drag over the area you want; the photograph is taken once you launch the mouse button.
