Don't hug people so much. Makeup will come off on them, and that's gross. They won't be happy when they go home and have to wash their shirt or jacket, AGAIN!
Lightly set your foundation with loose powder after applying it, and carry pressed powder through the day to touch up.
Also, take good care of your skin, so you don't have to wear so much cover up.
Neutrogena Rapid Clear acne gel is good.
Clean and Clear has a three step system.
And keep your hands off your face!

I've had the same problem, and hated it. Use a light dusting of a translucent powder (or a bronzer for a differnet effect) over your foundation. Put it on with a big, fluffy brush so it doesn't get cakey. It's a great, inexpensive way to set your make-up. If you're wearing your foundation for a few hours or in a hot enviroment you're going to want to check on it, as it might be melting off on you. If this is happening, duck into a ladies' room and blot off some of the moisture with a dry paper towel then re-apply a bit (of both the foundation and powder, or at the very least the powder),

Hmm... doesn't sound like a very high quality foundation, if you ask me. I would suggest getting a higher quality make up if you can afford it. I personally use Clinique's make up because I have sensitive skin. If this doesn't help, try washing your face and applying a moisturizer before you put on foundation. Then finish it off with a LIGHT powder in order to hold everything in place.

My new best friend is Laura Mercier's "fix it" pencil. It's basically concealer in a pencil form. It won't come off on clothing. It also comes with a built in sharpener! There are 4 shades to choose from. I actually used it to cover a bruise on a lady today and it worked wonders!

It seems like what you're using is cheap. If you buy something more expensive, it's likely to stay on longer and not come off on your friends/family. Try Bare Minerals. It helps your skin and makes you look wonderful, and lasts all day.

try using a tinted moisureiser instead or if you cant and this will sound weird but spray a very light amount of hairspray on your face once your done with your make up in the morning. it will keep everything in place and to yourself.

Wouldn't it be great if you could use a skin care line that would clear up your skin...that you wouldn't even have to cover it up? try Arbonne Clear Advantage, it is awesome.
